Despite a stuttering global economy, KeepVault Online Backup today announced triple-digit year over year growth, and a record number of new subscriptions in December 2010. KeepVault's business grew across both consumer and business product lines, both in terms of revenue and subscribers.
KeepVault's success can be explained by industry-leading renewal rates (high customer loyalty) and extremely high conversion rates of trial customers. "Once consumers and businesses experience the quality of our software, service, and support they don't hesitate to signup or renew their data protection plans. We provide a very high value-for-money quotient." said Dan Reynolds, Director of Sales & Marketing for KeepVault Online Backup.
During 2010 KeepVault secured strategic distribution and co-promotion with Hewlett-Packard, launched the KeepVault affiliate & reseller program including customizable software, and announced the KeepVault SDK for OEMs/ISPs/Telcos looking to provide custom local and online backup solutions. "We look forward to announcing several more distribution deals in 2011, as well as new features and functionality, and support for several new platforms. As the amount of data in our lives continues to increase so KeepVault will continue to evolve to meet the data protection and recovery needs of our customers." said Andreas Benamou, KeepVault CEO.
